The BA program in Human Resource Management is one of the oldest and most developed study programs at KSBS. This can be seen in the modern curriculum as well as the academic level and rich theoretical and practical knowledge of the faculty, who have earned the respect of other educational institutions as well. The available positions for vocational practice in this field make it possible for students to gain an insight into the work of leading companies and obtain practical experience in strategic and operative activities in the field of human resource management.
In the course of their thorough and wellfounded training the students first learn the basics of methodology and economics, then they become familiar with the most up-to-date management techniques. After this introduction, they choose their study tracks, which give them more practice in dealing with problems at macro-level labour issues and work force management, and in managing corporate human resource. The study tracks on offer provide a good foundation for the students' further studies as well.
The wide array of problems and issues of human resource, ranging from competence management through personnel controlling to corporate behaviour and many others, shows how dynamically this field of study has developed and is still developing these days. Human resource management has become one of the most important and influential fields of management for today.
